The following is the current range of colour Masterbatches offered by BPI. It includes innumerable colour and shades suitable for a wide range of applications. These Masterbatches are excellent in colour dispersion, surface smoothness, lot to lot uniformity, UV absorption and weatherability.

MOC (Pre Disperse Pigment)

MOC is without polymer based pigment and it is unlike the normal powder form pigment but more of the granule type lumps. MOC is used in mostly all plastics, paints, thermo plastic rubber and various other applications and also in all polymers' direct processes. Other key features are that it results in the extra brightness in colour, provides very high dispersion and offers very high fastness and gloss.

Filled Compounds
This series of BPI comprises of Filled Compounds in PP, ABS, NYLON, etc.

Filled Polyproplene : 5% to 60% filling of glass/mica/calcium/talc /woodfloor /quartz/ wollestonite as per the requirement of end use of the product and customer specifications.

Nylon 6 : 15% to 30% glassfilling, Wollestonite, Quartz and other fillers.

ABS : Flame retardant/impact modifiers/glass filled, etc. to impart special mechanical & FR properties as per the customer requirements.

PC : Flame retardant/Glass filled upto 30% / UV stabilizer development of special colours for electrical and other application like switches, board, meter box, etc.

PVC : Medical grade, non toxic PVC compounds conforming to international standards/ Medical grade tubings for Medical disposables/ Compounds for toys/ Rigid & flexible injection/ Blow moulding & Extrusion compounds/ Safety application/ Speciality cable and Footwear compounds.

TPE : Wide range of TPEs based on PVC/ Nitrile and Styrene Butadiene Co-polymers (SBS) for various applications. These TPEs are available as free flowing pallets in the hardness range from 15 shore A to 50 shore D. Used in Gripe for Pens, toothbrushes and kitchen applications, profiles in auto and construction applications, Electrical cable coatings, Gaskets, Stoppers and Seals, Footwear soles, Medical tubings and Moulded products, Mechanical rubber goods, etc.

Tailormade Masterbatches for special applications as per the customer requirements like:

-Flame retardant Masterbatches for ABS/Nylon/PC/PBT/PP applications.

-Antifibrillation retardant Masterbatches to reduce static charges picked up by the product, specially for film and moulding purposes.

-Antifibrillation Masterbatches used in PP tape, HM/LD/HDPE films with application in woven sacks and Raffia tapes. Used to provide opacity, whiteness and making printability and other secondary operations easy.

-Fluoroscent and Phosphorescent Masterbatches to endow special effects as per requirements.

-Wide range of additive Masterbatches such as UV stabilizer, Antioxidant, Nucleating Agent, Polymer processing AID, Optical Brightner, Antistatic, Slip, Antiblocked, Blowing Agent, Poly Clean Purge, Tonner MB, etc. in all Polymer bases.
